Delanee-Alexis Coley

Columbia Fellow 2021 | M.S. in Human Capital Management - North Carolina A&T State University

Delanee-Alexis Coley is a 2021 HBCU Fellow at Columbia University. Passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion, Delanee-Alexis plans to use her Master’s degree in Human Capital Management to create corporate pipeline programs for minorities. In addition to her academics, Delanee-Alexis is the Chief Executive of Special Projects and Youth Initiatives for a national non-profit, Pure Potential Enterprises, Inc. Her main responsibilities are overseeing youth division leadership, serving as the Head College/Scholarship Application Quality Control personnel, and mentoring youth around the nation. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Mass Communications with a concentration in Multimedia Journalism from North Carolina A&T State University. She is the first NC A&T HBCU Fellow and is excited to start the legacy of Aggies in the program.
