Wacuka Gitahi

Columbia Fellow 2021 | M.S. in Enterprise Risk Management - Xavier University of Louisiana

Wacuka Gitahi is currently enrolled as a 2021 HBCU Fellow within the SPS Enterprise Risk Management Program. She is currently interning at a Kenyan Fintech start-up where she hopes to use her passion for finance to increase access to banking in Africa. Aside from her internship, she is a member of the Columbia Risk Management Club and mentors students through the college admission process. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance with minors in History and Business Communication from Xavier University of Louisiana.
