Effective immediately, access to the Morningside campus has been limited to students residing in residential buildings on campus (Carman, Furnald, John Jay, Hartley, Wallach, East Campus and Wien) and employees who provide essential services to campus buildings, labs and residential student life (for example, Dining, Public Safety, and building maintenance staff). Angela Gutierrez Castillo

Columbia Fellow 2021 | M.S. in Applied Analytics - Saint Augustine's University

Angela Gutierrez is a 2021 HBCU Fellow at Columbia University. Angela is passionate about health and education disparities in Latin America and intends to use her masters degree in Applied Analytics to further her technical skills as she continues to develop her path in becoming a CPA. In addition to her school work, Angela interns for The Office of Student Life and serves as a youth representative in a nonprofit called H.Y.P.E.D. (Helping Young People Escape Destruction). Her main responsibilities as an intern are creating and coordinating graphics and events for the community at Columbia University. As a youth member for H.Y.P.E.D, she works closely with the executive board on initiatives and programs that positively influence the life decisions of young people ages 12-18. She holds a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Saint Augustine's University.
