Sagar is a Global Director of HR Transformation, Change Management, & HR Operations at BCLP, a global law firm. In his current role, he designs and oversees Digital HR strategy, HR Efficiency, HR Service Delivery, Compensation, Benefits & Wellbeing, Compliance & Employee Relations. Over the past 12+ years, he has worked in a variety of strategic and consulting roles at Newmark, West Monroe, Samsung, Comcast, and Deloitte. Sagar was born in Paris (France), raised in multiple countries, and prides himself on the exposure & knowledge he's gained from his upbringing and travels. Sagar has a unique perspective on HCM given his background in Supply Chain and the pivot he made into HR through Columbia University's Human Capital Management (M.S.) program, enabling him to create innovative & holistic HR solutions. As a servant-leader, Sagar has served 6 terms on the National Board of Delta Sigma Iota Fraternity, Inc. where he's managed program development, identified expansion opportunities, and focused on Alumni relations. Sagar spends his free time investing in commercial real estate & startups, reading, hiking, mixing music, and coaching early-career professionals.
Sagar has a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain & Information Systems from Penn State University and a Master of Science in Human Capital Management from Columbia University.
