Anthony Wong

Anthony Wong is Senior Vice President, Enterprise Risk Management at Flagstar Bank, a regional U.S. commercial bank, responsible for evolving enterprise risk management.

He is a seasoned risk, technology, and operations executive driving business transformation and business process redesign initiatives and believes the most interesting challenges require teams to “connect the dots” and synthesize information in a way that drives improvement and sustainability.

In prior roles, he helped turn around a troubled MDI and CDFI-certified community bank, established a PMO, and provided advisory and implementation services as an Operations and IT Strategy consultant.

He holds a Master’s in Business Administration from University of Southern California and a bachelor’s in science from Columbia University. He is also a graduate of the ABA Stonier School of Banking and has the Sustainability and Climate Risk (SCR) and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications.
