Shouryadipta Sarkar

Think-a-Thon Mentor; Information Management Senior Specialist, UNDP

Shouryadipta Sarkar is an Information Management Specialist at the Crisis Bureau, in the UNDP, leading the work on deploying analytics platforms to track and monitor risks in various countries. He has worked with creating Early Warning products for various countries and continues to support countries with work in areas of Hate Speech Monitoring, COVID-19 Impact Measurements, Conflict Risk, among other areas.

He is a graduate of the Management Science and Engineering program at the IEOR Department at Columbia University. In his free time, he enjoys hiking and kayaking rapids.
