Jennifer Hoffman, Lecturer in the Enterprise Risk Management program, prepared a position paper on governance and strategy for AIFIRM, the Italian Association of Financial Industry Risk Managers.
Hoffman wrote two sections of the paper, “Risk Culture” and “Risk Governance.”
Andrea Sironi, Chairman of Borsa Italiana SpA (the Italian Stock Exchange), recently presented at a conference in Milan, Italy, where he requested that companies utilize the position paper for guidance in establishing and enhancing enterprise risk management within their organizations.
