Fireside Chat on Sustainable Fashion and Beauty

The Sustainability Space is a series of virtual, discussion-based events for students studying sustainability at The Earth Institute, Columbia University. Hosted by faculty and student group leaders, these discussions will explore a variety of critical topics, ranging from energy to equity and more.

The April 22nd session is titled Fireside Chat on Sustainable Fashion and Beauty and will feature:

  • Danielle Azoulay, VP of CSR and Sustainability for L’Oreal USA
  • Kelly Burton, Chief Sustainability Officer at Material Exchange

During the chat, Danielle and Kelly will discuss the state of sustainability in these industries, some sustainability trends for where these industries may be headed, and how students can get into these industries.
