Tamara DaCosta currently serves as the Director of HR Analytics at Turner Construction Company, headquartered in New York City. With over two decades of experience in Information Technology, her professional expertise spans data transaction firms, nonprofit organizations, media enterprises, and technology companies. Her academic journey began in Canada, where she cultivated an early interest in computers and robotics alongside her involvement as a student athlete.
Beyond her corporate career, Ms. DaCosta has contributed to community development through her role on the Board of Directors for a nonprofit organization based in New York City. Her multidisciplinary background reflects a commitment to integrating technological innovation to drive organizational success.
