This session in the Starting a Nonprofit: The Four Fundamental Steps Series was designed to help participants develop the most effective fundraising plan to secure support for a new nonprofit.  

Topics included an overview of the charitable giving landscape as well as advice on how to craft a compelling case for support, identify potential donors, choose the most productive fundraising activities, and leverage resources. 

Our session introduced best practices in donor engagement and solicitation including online and mail appeals, individual asks and grant writing.
