Shoshana Fisher

Student, M.S. in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution

Shoshana Fisher is a licensed New York State Security Instructor with a focus on creating inclusive environments in the entertainment industry. In her work with both multi-million-dollar productions and smaller live entertainment venues, Shoshana’s goal is to create safer spaces for all people – regardless of gender, sexuality, race, age, disability or identity.  

Shoshana is a current student in the Negotiation and Conflict Resolution Master’s Program at Columbia University. She received her undergraduate degree in Political Science and Black Studies from Portland State University, where she was a two-term gubernatorial appointee to the Oregon State Board of Higher Education and co-authored nationally published research on gender and race equity on university system governing boards.
