Emily Goodson

Emily is the founder and CEO of CultureSmart, a consultancy that helps startups scale smart and save money. She also regularly serves as an advisor to VC and PE firms on People + Culture initiatives. Prior to founding CultureSmart, Emily led and built the Talent & People function for various high-growth startups, ranging from 15 to over 200 employees. She also has an extensive background in leadership coaching and worked in campus recruiting for Deloitte Consulting.
