Topics include how to define cause, conduct market analysis, create a mission and scope of work, and choose a structure and type of nonprofit.
Additionally, this session addresses the nonprofit organizational lifecycle and provides valuable and practical advice on initial planning, strategy, and compliance while covering the incorporation process -- including how to apply for, obtain, and maintain IRS tax exempt status.
