  • Responsible for coordinating the implementation of resiliency strategies and frameworks to ensure the continuity of BNY Mellon’s operations in support of clients and markets globally. This includes consideration of regulatory guidance and industry practices, the establishment of policies and coordinating simulations, testing, documentation and reporting.
  • Her office centralizes the oversight of traditional operational resiliency functions including incident & crisis management, business continuity and disaster recovery testing.
  • Previously, served in PwC’s Financial Services Risk & Regulatory Advisory Practice leading engagements on risk and regulatory compliance efforts, including the development of recovery and resolution strategies and supporting initiatives.
