Vic is a senior human resources practitioner specializing in leveraging HR technologies and people analytics to further positive organizational change. Vic’s early career began in the federal government supporting change management initiatives as a designer of organizational learning for the US Department of Defense to help tackle some of its most transformative shifts, including the repeal of ‘Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell.”

Capitalizing on his experience in federal service, Vic moved to management consulting at a few top firms. He worked with agencies such as the FDA, Department of Energy, and Department of Veteran Affairs in change management efforts in areas of digital transformation in HR. Vic is a sought after speaker in people analytics and leveraging digital tools for effective communications; serves as a learning partner for the people analytics platform, AIHR. Vic holds a BA in Communications from George Mason University and a Masters in from Harvard University Extension School in I-O Psychology.

Currently, Vic serves as a senior HR professional in the defense and intel community where he overseas executive leadership development, HR technology management, and people analytics.

Vic enjoys discussion topics in communication theory and behavioral economics and enjoys reading and producing films in free time.
