Marianne Bellino is an accomplished learning and organizational development leader with a unique skill set combining business acumen with human capital expertise. With an M.B.A. and progressive experience in Fortune 100 companies such as JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs and BlackRock, she has successfully led global teams to deliver innovative learning and leadership development solutions that enhance employee engagement and contribute to a high-performance culture. To accomplish this, she works closely with C-suite execs and other senior leaders to assess their businesses' learning needs, design curricula, facilitate workshops and offsites, coach their leaders and managers, and implement commercial initiatives. Marianne is also a wellness coach and educator with expertise in nutrition, fitness and lifestyle management.
