Sara Daly-Padron

Lecturer

Sara Daly-Padron is a Human Capital practitioner with over 20 years of experience driving organizational learning strategies to attract, develop and retain talent.  

As the Founder of SDP Advisors, an executive coaching and consulting firm, Sara partners with individuals and organizations to define development goals, move plans into action, and achieve success.

Sara began her career in finance and spent 17 years at Goldman Sachs in banking and Human Capital Management leadership roles. Sara was the Global Head of Goldman Sachs University for Investment Banking, Merchant Banking, and Global Investment Research divisions, where she was responsible for developing the strategy and execution of learning and talent development initiatives. 

Throughout her career, Sara has coached and developed scores of managers to increase their effectiveness and build the skills they need to become better leaders.

A member of the International Coaching Federation, she received her Coaching Certificate in Brain-Based Coaching from the NeuroLeadership Institute, her M.B.A. from Schiller International University Madrid, Spain and her B.S. in International Studies from the University of Scranton.

Sara is passionate about the education of her three young children and serves on two school boards: The Secret Garden Montessori School and Kingwood Township School District.
