Rima Rahayu is graduate from the Human Capital Management program, School of Professional Studies, Columbia University.
She was awarded a full scholarship from her employer, PT. Pertamina (Persero) to pursue her graduate degree at Columbia University. She has been working in the company for the last ten years as an HCM professional. She was awarded a Gold Medal Award in Annual Pertamina Quality Award (Continuous Improvement Program) for Manpower Planning Strategy and Tools. She had a background in Psychology from Gadjah Mada University, Indonesia.
Rima is an agile and independent worker but loves to work in a team setting as well. She is a conscientious, hardworking, and enthusiastic team player who is seeking to leverage skills and passions to support business success and help overall societal well-being.
Fun facts about Rima is that she was once a news anchor for a 5 am morning news program and was the 1st Place Winner of Indonesia's State-Owned Enterprises Ambassador 2014. She enjoys baking and vlogging during her free time. She likes exploring new places across the states with her family.
