Samuel Sultan has over 30 years of experience in the information technology discipline. He has expertise in all aspects of software engineering and construction including requirement gathering, project planning & budgeting, analysis, design, coding & development and client training & support. 

Samuel has led many successful small, medium and large development projects, as well as full ERP implementation, including RFP, vendor negotiation/selection, planning, budget and contracts. Knowledgeable in many programming languages, platforms and databases including Java, Python, PHP, JavaScript, Web Development, Oracle, MySql, Mongo, etc.
