Susan Strom

Course Associate, Enterprise Risk Management; Director of Client Success at Knowledge Architecture

Susan has guided over 100 architecture and engineering firms on their intranet journey, from conceptualizing a vision for improved knowledge sharing all the way through implementing that vision and ingraining key behavior changes into the business. In addition to working directly with client organizations, Susan curates case studies for Knowledge Architecture's webinars and workshops and is a key contributor to Knowledge Architecture's intranet management best practices.

Outside of work, you'll find Susan dabbling in a rotating host of very amateur endeavors: Watercolors, Bird Watching, Crocheting, Swimming, Biking, etc.
