A Message from the Office of the Dean

Dear Colleagues:

Recently, you were invited to in-person meetings with Dean Wingard and EVP Hungerford.  Due to new restrictions imposed for the health and safety of our community, we will no longer be holding these meetings.

Instead, we wish to invite you–our administrators and full-time faculty–to a virtual Town Hall led by Dean Wingard, scheduled for Monday, March 23th at 11 a.m. EDT.  A calendar invitation will follow shortly.  As this has been a week of transition for most adopting to working remotely, we scheduled for next week to provide as much advance notice for this meeting as possible.

Dean Wingard will discuss the state of the school, including emerging trends and challenges. He will then address questions and themes submitted by attendees.

Please feel free to submit questions, in advance, or during the meeting.

There is an option to submit questions anonymously.  Following the meeting, a high-level summary of questions received will be disseminated. If there are queries relating to an individual, requiring specific answers, and a name and email address are provided, the School will aim to follow up directly with that individual.

As many of our leaders have said over the last days and weeks, these are extraordinary times and the commitment and professionalism of our community is to be commended, and the safety and care of it is of the utmost and primary importance.

On behalf of the entire School community, we thank you and look forward to coming together at this Town Hall.

Sincerely,

Office of the Dean
