Associate Director, Career Design Lab, Columbia University SPS

Nicole is a Career Coach with a passion for education and empowering individuals in their careers. As Associate Director at Columbia University’s Career Design Lab she executes innovative programs and events centered in Design Thinking, Industry Partnerships, Leadership Development, and Employee Wellness. She is a Lecturer in Career Development with a Master’s in Education, Curriculum and Instruction and over 10 years of experience working in dynamic educational settings.

With former recruitment experience at Platinion of the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), as well as Premier Staffing, Inc., her experience working in education is supplemented with her role in the recruitment of digital, risk, and IT professionals and in creating hiring partnerships with both startups and Fortune 500 companies.

As a current student at Columbia University, Teachers College, she is completing her second MA degree in Spirituality, Mind, Body practice within Psychology & Education where she is energized to develop creative opportunities in service of personal growth, well-being, and positive impact in organizational settings.
