Rodney Erb

Lecturer

Rodney Erb is a twenty-five-year veteran of the medical device industry, with extensive experience in high-level sales, account development, and multi-state team management. His expertise is grounded in a combination of medical technology, hospital systems knowledge, and clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.

Currently, Rodney serves as Vice President of Clinical Data Integration and Analytics at The Audit Group (TAG), where he focuses on reducing healthcare costs and fostering alignment between physicians and hospital administrators through transparency and data-driven solutions.

Rodney is passionate about possibility, emphasizing trust, transparency, and sustainable outcomes in negotiations. As an adjunct lecturer, he teaches Health Care Negotiations at Columbia University and Professional Sales at Keene State College.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, an MBA from Norwich University, Executive Certificates in Advanced Negotiations from the University of Notre Dame, and a Master’s in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from Columbia University.
