Human Capital Management Club Hosts Gender Diversity Panel

How can organizations best support gender diversity in the workplace? The Society for Human Resource Management’s New York City chapter hosted a panel on “Emerging Issues in Transgender, Generational & Gender Experiences” in partnership with the Human Capital Management Club and the Career Design Lab on 2/6.

The panel featured Human Capital Management Senior Lecturer and Academic Director of Nondegree Programs Aaron Wallen, Senior Contributor for Forbes Janice Gassan, journalist and author Erin Marcus, and People Partner for the Market Intelligence division at S&P Global Janine Ting Jansen. 

Students learned practical strategies to foster more inclusive work environments, and networked with industry. professionals.
