Time-Off Tracker (TOT) Notice
Dear SPS Staff,
Effective, October 1, 2019 our Time-Off Tracker (TOT) will be permanently disabled. All employee balances as of September 30, 2019 will be rolled over into the University's new Time, Labor, and Absence Management (TLAM) system located in People@Columbia (PAC). Any absence requests on or after October 1st will needed to be resubmitted and approved in TLAM. Please login to my.columbia.edu with your UNI and password to access TLAM under the PAC Time and Absence section on the landing page (bottom left corner). Training videos can be found here:
- Absence Entry in PAC – for employees who report absences only (Officers of Administration)
- Submit Timesheets in PAC – for timesheet and absence reporters (Union Support Staff and Student Casuals including Interns and FSAs)
- Managing PAC Timesheets and Absences – for managers of timesheet and/or absence reporters
