Andrea Lari has more than 18 years of experience in assessing and identifying solutions to address gaps in protecting human rights.

Mr. Lari has more than 18 years of experience in assessing and identifying solutions to address gaps in protecting human rights and provision of lifesaving assistance to refugees and internally displaced persons, both in natural disaster and conflict-related contexts, in particular in Sub-Saharan Africa and Latin America. Mr. Lari has expertise in issues of forced displacement and post-conflict stabilization processes and experiences dealing with protracted complex humanitarian crises worldwide.
