Danny Fisher

Lecturer

Danny Fisher is a Lecturer in the Negotiation and Conflict Resolution (NECR) program. Based in Denver, Danny is the Training Officer with Serve Colorado Governor's Commission on Community Service, which oversees the state's AmeriCorps programs.

Danny graduated from the NECR program at Columbia University in 2013. Following graduate school, Danny was awarded a Presidential Management Fellowship, during which he worked with the Federal Emergency Management Agency in national preparedness. He later worked in the Obama Administration with the White House Council on Environmental Quality, where he focused on enhancing climate change preparedness and community resilience.

Danny volunteers as a dialogue facilitator and workshop presenter with Colorado high school students and teachers on issues related to diversity, equity and conflict resolution. A certified mediator, Danny also graduated with a B.S. in Psychology from Oklahoma State University.
