Saad Saad

Lecturer, Negotiation and Conflict Resolution

Saad Saad specializes in teaching and facilitating workshops on conflict resolution, negotiation, and communication and teaches "Introduction to Negotiation" at Columbia University in the Negotiation and Conflict Resolution program. His course is interactive and discussion-heavy, and through activities and role-plays, focuses on strategies and skills that generate win-win outcomes. Saad is also an Assistant Adjunct Professor at the Dispute Resolution program at CUNY, John Jay College of Criminal Justice.

In addition to his work in the academic world, Saad is also the co-founder of Retea, a social enterprise that funds refugee education programs through the sale of tea.
