Assaf Kedem

Lecturer; Vice President of Corporate Communications, Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG)

Assaf Kedem is an adjunct instructor of Crisis Communications in the Strategic Communications program at the School of Professional Studies.

Assaf is a senior communications professional with two decades of experience at a range of marquee financial firms with global reach. He is currently vice president of corporate communications at Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG), the world’s fifth largest financial institution, where he is responsible for devising and implementing external and internal communication programs supporting the investment banking, corporate banking and global markets (securities) divisions. At MUFG, Assaf’s primary responsibilities include media and public relations, executive and employee communications, social media, and content strategy. He also serves as an internal communications advisor to senior management and business partners throughout the firm.

Assaf is the author of "The Investment Writing Handbook" (Wiley, 2018) and lectures periodically at The Summit of Asset Management (TSAM), a global congress and series of events featuring educational discussions about the investment industry.
