Yelena Naginsky

Lecturer, Negotiation and Conflict Resolution

Yelena Naginsky is a Lecturer and Teaching Associate in the Master of Science in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution (NECR) and the Master of Science in Human Capital Management (HCM) programs at the Columbia University School of Professional Studies.

Yelena graduated from the NECR program in May 2014. She has worked for the last 13 years in Human Resources at Bloomberg, Goldman Sachs, and Citigroup. Her work in corporate HR has given her the opportunity to be intimately involved in various types of conflict at all levels of these organizations. In addition to her corporate work, Yelena has honed her mediation skills through the certification and apprenticeship programs at the New York Peace Institute. She has also previously worked as a Mediator in the New York State Attorney General’s Consumer Frauds and Protection Bureau.

Yelena is passionate about dance, travel, and her hometown of Queens, NY.
