Thomas Burke

As COO of Sterling, Mr. Burke leads his team with a focused strategy to deliver for Sterling's clients in 2017, including developing global and mobile product platforms, refining the company's fulfillment platform and delivering increased automation through SmartData.
Mr. Burke brings more than 20 years of experience in leading complex, technology-driven organizations to this role. He previously served as the Chairman and Group Chief Executive Officer for three technology companies (StoneRiver Insurance Solutions, RegEd and Emerald Connect). Hired by private equity owner Stone Point Capital and Fiserv Inc., his role was to turn these under-performing companies around. Before that, he was SVP and Chief Information Officer at New York Life International and Head of Operations & Technology for Global Consumer Investments at Citigroup.
