Cheryl Dixon Speaks on Advertising Week Panel

At Advertising Week New York 2018, Cheryl Dixon, Vice President of Communications and Public Relations for COTY and lecturer for the M.S. in Strategic Communication program at Columbia University’s School of Professional Studies, spoke on the What Brands Must Do To Engage Today’s Conscious Consumers panel.

“I took part in an important conversation on engaging today’s consumers through interactive content, creating brand love across a diverse product portfolio, and the impact of corporate social responsibility,” says Dixon.

The panel discussed how multinational firms like COTY and L’Oréal are evolving to align with conscious consumers who seek authenticity, and how those firms have been evolving alongside their audience’s beliefs and today’s consumption habits.

A worldwide gathering of marketing, advertising, technology, and brand professionals, this year’s Advertising Week drew about 98,000 attendees to the AMC Loews Lincoln Square over the course of four days for seminars, workshops, and networking.
