SPS Welcomes First Cohort of HBCU Fellows
Companies and partners across industries have continually asked how Columbia SPS can help them build a more diverse workforce. That challenge served as an impetus for our launch of the Columbia HBCU Fellowship Initiative. During the last week of August, we welcomed our first 22 Fellows to campus. My former colleague and current Chief Diversity Officer of eBay, Damien Hooper-Campbell, talked to the Fellows about his nonlinear path: from Morehouse College to Morgan Stanley to Harvard Business School to Goldman Sachs to Google to Uber to eBay.
