How to Solve Conflicts at Work With Beth Fisher-Yoshida
Dr. Beth Fisher-Yoshida, the program director for Negotiation and Conflict Resolution at Columbia School of Professional Studies, appeared on a new podcast episode of ICERM Radio, hosted on the website for the International Center for Ethno-Religious Mediation.
In the episode, titled "Intercultural Communications and Competence," Fisher-Yoshida talks with a special guest, her daughter and coworker Ria Yoshida, the Director of Communications at their firm Fisher Yoshida International. The women give excellent and thoughtful advice on how to bridge power gaps in the workplace and the community.
