Claudia Dreifus Interviews Biologist and Author for The New York Times
Claudia Dreifus, a lecturer in Columbia University’s Sustainability Management graduate program and contributing writer to The New York Times, recently interviewed Edward O. Wilson about his new book. Wilson, a biologist, Harvard professor emeritus, and two-time Pulitzer Prize winner has written his 32nd book, entitled Half Earth: Our Planet’s Fight for Life. It covers his thoughts on planetary sustainability and biodiversity conservation.
In the interview, Dreifus and Wilson discuss the changing discourse of sustainability, such as the recent Paris Climate Accords and the effect that new technologies are having on our way of life.
