For 27 years, Paul Lucido has practiced at nationally recognized law firms, serving as outside counsel for public and private companies operating in a broad range of industries, including finance, manufacturing, technology, aerospace, logistics, and insurance. He advises senior management on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, regulatory, corporate, and commercial matters. His practice includes structuring license, service, consulting, multi-jurisdictional outsourcing, and related arrangements and counseling on legal issues pertaining to workplace technology and intellectual property.
