Columbia HBCU Fellow 2026 | Florida A&M University

Zayda Greene is a 2026 Columbia HBCU Fellow pursuing an M.S. in Project Management after graduating summa cum laude from Florida A&M University’s School of Business and Industry with a B.S. in Business Administration.Her experience spans product management, marketing, business analysis, and strategy through roles with Honeywell, The Estée Lauder Companies, and Systems Innovation. At FAMU, she served as a President of a Professional Leadership and Development Company in the School of Business and Industry alongside a Presidential Ambassador and other leadership roles. She also earned the Audience Choice Award in the 2024 WBENC Women of Color Business Incubator.Zayda brings together business, technology, global experience, and service. At the SEGA Girls School in Tanzania, Africa she led workshops and supported virtual mentorship, college-access programming, and fundraising initiatives that generated $5,000. As a member of the inaugural Project Management cohort, she looks forward to shaping its legacy and leading technology-driven projects that expand educational and economic opportunity globally.
