Ted DeZabala

Ted DeZabala is the founder and CEO of Lead To Change LLC, an executive coaching and consulting firm. Before that, he spent over 34 years at Deloitte in senior executive leadership roles, including Global Cyber Services Leader, Chief Strategy, Innovation & Technology Officer, Managed Services & Products Leader, and Financial Services Industry Leader. Over that career he built businesses, acquired and integrated companies, brought new technologies to market, and served some of the firm's largest global clients. Over that career he built and led large teams, developed transformative strategies, launched new businesses, acquired and integrated companies, brought new technologies to market, and served some of the firm’s largest global clients. He was a long-standing member of the firm’s executive and management committees.

Ted is a practitioner who teaches. As an executive coach, facilitator, and trusted advisor, he works with leaders at every level, from C-suite executives to frontline managers, at organizations ranging from Global 100 corporations to start-ups across financial services, technology, professional services, healthcare, higher education, the public sector, and philanthropy. Most of his clients are navigating the same industry disruption, organizational change, and technology-driven transformation this program examines.
