Olalla García Pérez is a project management professional with more than 15 years of international experience leading complex transportation, technology, and innovation projects across the United States and Europe. Her professional expertise spans strategic project and program management, systems integration, risk and stakeholder management, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, agile and hybrid delivery, and innovation.
Olalla also brings extensive academic and professional-service experience. She has previously taught Project Management and engineering courses at different universities globally. Her research interests focus on smart cities, innovation and project management.
She holds the PMP®, PMI-ACP® and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certifications. She has been recognized internationally for her contributions to project management, innovation, technology, and leadership.
