Nathan Levoit
Associate
Nathan serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Worldwide Golf, a privately owned,
multi-brand specialty golf retailer with 95 stores across 30 states and multiple e-commerce
platforms. He is also a Senior Advisor to Big 5 Sporting Goods, a subsidiary focused on name-
brand sporting goods, outdoor equipment, and athletic apparel. Nathan’s previous leadership
experience includes roles at HireRight and Silverado Senior Living.
He possesses extensive expertise in working with private equity, REIT-structured, and publicly
traded organizations, and has successfully built and scaled human resources teams. As an
executive sponsor for change management initiatives, Nathan has overseen projects involving
back-end system optimization, comprehensive organizational restructuring, mergers and
acquisitions, and led diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
Nathan holds a bachelor’s degree from Pepperdine University in Management and a master’s
degree from Columbia University in Human Capital Management. He is also a board member of
the National Human Resources Association – Orange County.
