Diana Pineda Esteban is a partner at a leading Mexican law firm, where she focuses on projects, infrastructure, and the energy industry, advising national and international clients across the full lifecycle of complex, multijurisdictional matters—from project development to dispute resolution. Diana has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution and represents clients in high-stakes administrative litigation, national and international arbitration, and regulatory disputes, while also serving as an arbitrator, particularly in energy-related cases. She holds a Master’s degree in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution (NECR) from Columbia University, where she also served as a Legal Researcher at the Columbia Center on Sustainable Investment, focusing on sustainable foreign investment. She also serves on different boards of trade organizations and has also lectured on energy and civil law at different law schools in Mexico City.
