Frisca Christabella is a brand, marketing, and growth strategist with nearly a decade of experience across consumer packaged goods and technology companies. She most recently served as Senior Brand Manager for the Baby Care category at Kimberly-Clark, overseeing large-scale innovation launches, e-commerce transformation, and digital-first growth initiatives.

Her work at Kimberly-Clark was recognized over three consecutive years for innovation and execution, including pioneering generative AI in packaging development, leading big-bet baby care innovation launches, and accelerating e-commerce growth across TikTok and Shopee through an affiliate-based model

Earlier in her career, Frisca worked at Unilever on Wall’s and Magnum ice cream, brands that reach children, teens, and adults in environments where marketing to kids is tightly regulated. This revealed a clear gap: children are protected by strong standards, while teens receive far fewer safeguards. That gap became clearer in her later work in e-commerce, where teens are often heavily targeted during a vulnerable stage of development.

Guided by the question, “how can brands grow responsibly without exploiting vulnerability?”, Frisca’s Call to Action advocates responsible marketing to teens and clearer safeguards for young audiences in today’s unfiltered digital world.
