Oseghale “Ose” Esene is a 2025 Columbia HBCU Fellow pursuing a Master of Science in Sports Management. Originally from Prince George’s County, Maryland, he graduated from the Howard University School of Business with a degree in Computer Information Systems.

Ose has built experience at the intersection of sports, media, and technology through roles in strategy and partnerships with the NFL and NFL Players Association, product management at Microsoft, and finance at Morgan Stanley. He is also the founder of Ose LLC, a creative and media venture working with athletes and creators, with experience as a filmmaker, producer, and celebrity barber within sports and entertainment. He is passionate about digital media, media rights, and the shift of technology companies into content and distribution platforms. Ose aspires to help shape how athletes, leagues, brands, and platforms connect with global audiences while building scalable, future-focused systems across sports and media.
