Zoe DeMercado

Zoe DeMercado is a graduate of Xavier University of Louisiana, where she studied Political Science and Creative Writing. She is currently pursuing a master’s in Political Analytics at Columbia University. Passionate about global politics and storytelling as a framework for understanding the world, Zoe brings a unique perspective shaped by her Jamaican American background. She has experience in reproductive justice work and progressive political advocacy, and she hopes to use her education to contribute to a culture of equality and social justice. In her free time, she enjoys reading, working out, training her dogs, and spending time in nature. Zoe is committed to challenging the status quo and creating more equitable systems through data-driven policy and inclusive dialogue.
