Ko-Chia Tsai

Senator, SPS Student Government | Fall 2025

Ko-Chia Tsai is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Applied Analytics at Columbia University’s School of Professional Studies. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems from Oregon State University and brings over five years of experience in the technology industry. 

Alongside her academic and professional work, she actively participates in student initiatives and service programs that support youth and community development, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and inclusive engagement.

As a University Senator, Ko-Chia represents the School of Professional Studies and works to ensure that SPS students have a strong voice in university governance. She focuses on fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, promoting transparency between students and the administration, and advocating for equitable access to university resources. Through her role, she aims to contribute to building a vibrant and inclusive Columbia community where diverse perspectives are valued and actively shape the university’s direction and policies. She looks forward to working with fellow students and faculty to drive meaningful progress across the university.
