Adeel Arif

Adeel Arif |He/Him/His| is currently in his third semester at SPS under the Applied Analytics program. Adeel specializes in Machine Learning and R programming, with experience in healthcare analytics and working with large hospital datasets. He has strong expertise in data cleaning and manipulation using R and Python, as well as developing predictive models. Adeel has experience with the full research process, from study design and statistical analysis to interpreting results and publishing findings, particularly in medical research.

Adeel is looking forward to working with students from diverse backgrounds, especially those from nontechnical fields, since he was once a student like that. His goal is to create a supportive and encouraging space where students feel comfortable asking questions and gain confidence as they progress through their programs.

Fun fact: Adeel is a die-hard New York Knicks fan and has been supporting the team since I was 10 years old!
