Anna Kim is Director of Learning & Development at Deerfield Management. In her role, she oversees and implements Learning & Development initiatives supporting talent of all levels across the firm. She also serves as an internal coach for all employees. Her coaching ranges from early career to leadership and executive development.
Prior to joining Deerfield Management in 2024, Anna was the Global Head of Talent Development at Financial Technology Partners. She was responsible for the strategy, execution, and measuring impact of all development for all FT Partners employees at all levels. Anna has also held various Strategic Human Capital Management and Leadership Development roles at Bank of America, RBC Capital Markets, Goldman Sachs, DTCC, and Booz Allen Hamilton. She is credited with being a change agent, developing new and innovative development interventions that propel employees to their highest performance levels.
Anna holds a MA in Social-Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, a MPS in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland, and a BA in Psychology from the University of Maryland.
