Carolyn Allwin

Carolyn Allwin most recent role was as Senior Advisor, Export-Import Bank of the United States. Previously she was the US Head of ESG at CAPCO and Venture Partner at Clearstone as well as a Manager at Ernst and Young, Associate Counsel and Golden Tree Asset Management and CSO of Recap Investing.       

She has a MA in European studies from NYU, a Doctor of Law from Boston College Law School, BA from the John Hopkins University, and holds a MBA from the Wharton School. Carolyn also has a LLM in Tax from Boston University School of Law.
