Mark Wunsch is a seasoned technology executive with over 15 years of experience leading innovative digital transformations across startups and established enterprises. As the Founder and Principal of Wunsch Werks, he advises organizations on cloud strategy, AI implementation, operational excellence, incident response frameworks, and organizational development, helping businesses effectively scale and navigate complex technological landscapes.

Mark has held executive roles including Chief Technology Officer at TeePublic and Tinybeans, Vice President of Engineering at Hodinkee and Kickstarter, and senior leadership positions at Harry’s, Rent the Runway, and Gilt Groupe. He has successfully led technical teams through periods of rapid growth, strategic mergers and acquisitions, and significant business model transformations.

Throughout his career, Mark has consistently championed agile methodologies, robust software development lifecycles, microservice architectures, and innovative technological solutions to drive organizational performance and market success. He holds an MBA in Information Systems from Baruch College and a BA in Radio/TV/Film from the University of North Texas.
