Raghvender Arni

Raghvender Arni (Arni) leads the Cloud and AI Innovation Team (CAIT) at AWS, a multidisciplinary group comprising former CxOs, cloud architects, and AI engineers dedicated to accelerating business outcomes for AWS customers across all industries and segments through AWS cloud and AI/ML technologies.

Prior to joining AWS, Arni was a technology leader at Pivotal from its early days, where he helped build Pivotal CloudFoundry, a cloud application and data platform, and leveraged it to drive digital transformation at numerous Global 2000 companies. During his tenure, Pivotal successfully evolved from a startup to completing an IPO and was later acquired by VMware.

His career began at Bell Labs Research, where he worked on Distributed Systems after completing his graduate studies in Computer Engineering at Rutgers University. Throughout his professional journey, Arni has accumulated diverse experience as a founder, engineering leader, product leader, and technology product go-to-market (GTM) strategist.
